We’re currently recruiting for the following casual positions:

BARISTA

We’re looking for an experienced barista who knows their way around an espresso machine and takes pride in consistently producing great coffee.

You’ll be working in a busy café environment, preparing a full range of espresso-based drinks while helping us deliver the friendly, efficient service Vito’s is known for.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous barista experience in a busy café

• Can produce consistently high-quality coffee

• Is confident with milk texturing and coffee presentation

• Works efficiently during busy service periods

• Is reliable, organised and a strong team player

• Brings a friendly and positive attitude to work

CAFÈ ALL-ROUNDER

Our café all-rounders help keep Vito’s running smoothly throughout the day.

This is a varied role that may include taking orders, serving customers, running food and drinks, preparing beverages, clearing tables and supporting the wider café team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, energetic and comfortable working with customers

• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Is happy to jump between different tasks as needed

• Has strong communication and teamwork skills

• Is reliable, organised and takes initiative

• Has previous hospitality experience, although the right attitude is just as important

WAITER/WAITRESS

We’re looking for an experienced and personable waiter or waitress to provide friendly, attentive and efficient table service.

You’ll be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks and helping create the relaxed and welcoming experience we want every customer to have at Vito’s.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous table-service or hospitality experience

• Is confident and friendly when interacting with customers

• Can manage multiple tables during busy periods

• Has strong attention to detail

• Works well as part of a team

• Is reliable, professional and genuinely enjoys hospitality
